Disk Utility Problem...

Hey guys! So I have gotten windows on my mac with boot camp, and i want to resize it. I do know how to do this, but first I needed to resize my macintosh partition. When I resized the partition, it said that it completed the action and so I thought it worked. However, when I came back to it, the size of the partition was just the same as it was before like it changed it back. I don't know why its doing this... could someone tell me why and help me through with getting this to work? That would be great!

I would reformat again as, perhaps, you can have problems trying to resize partitions. Even it giving success, I would format again the computer with the proper Mac OS X/macOS version and with the proper Windows version. Depending the version and line of your Mac, you will have to use Windows 7 32-Bit. I hope I could help you in some way. Good luck!
