My Parallels 11 is not compatible with High Sie...

I recently updated to High Sierra and realize there is an issue with not only with the Mac Mail app, but it's not compatible with my "Parallels 11" I've read in other forums that 12 does not support this new update and 13 is not recommended. If there a work around for this? Please advise.
