scrolls uncontrollably, wireless keyboard

I have a magic mouse + apple wireless keyboard running on my MacBook Pro. Worked fine until today where it all of sudden scrolls (upwards) uncontrollably. Seems like when I turn on/off my keyboard is when it happens. I've turned off the Bluetooth, removed and re-installed it again, restarted the computer but always comes back to the same when I turn on my apple wireless keyboard.

Any suggestions?
