iPad Activation Lock Dillema

My iPad is working fine over the years but when i restore it in iTunes it is assigned with an email that is not familiar to me.

How can this happen?

Does my serial number have been hacked?

What is the email provider (part after the "@" sign, e.g. gmail.com)?

Yes, bought it about 3 years ago.

Sealed in a box. With serial numbers in both box and iPad matching.

I set it up with my apple id but then about 2 days ago it stucked in a loop then i have restored it then the unthikable happen. Before i am restoring it with no problem.

I do not know what happen.

Already called Apple and they can't do nothing about it.
