Tiny "Red Pixels" appear on my screen's edge

These red dashes appeared on my screen as you see in pic, it started with one dash and every sometime one more appear very small then become little taller and then one more .. now they are 5 small dashes! I really don't know why is that? It happened first time when I was upgrading to macOS High Sierra but I am not sure if that was the reason or no. Please somebody tell me what to do? I still have like few days in my warranty but I need to travel to some other city for that so I want to know if it deserve or this issue has some easier solution to follow?
