Skype: blocking contacts and discover

Skype automatically updated, and the new pane has a "discover" list of names which I would like not to see. Or have my name show up on users I do not know. Is there a way to block this function, or is this similar to facebooks "you might know" sidebar? 2 finger click on the name does not bring up "block". thanks
