iTunes error (

After installing iTunes 12.6.3 which restores the App Store and APP button, now I'm locked out of the App Store and receiving this error window message:

"an unknown error occurred error (-42408)"

Anyone else getting this?  I tried duping the user CACHE folder restarting then emptying the trash - that usually fixes store errors, but not this time.  Anyone else getting this?
