iPad iOS 11.0.2 apps

When I push and hold my apps to move or delete them they do not shake and the little x doesn’t pop up. i restarted and did a hard reset on the iPad and the issue still Continues. im going to call Apple tomorrow and see what they say but any thoughts on what to do here?

You need to touch the icon lightly until it wiggles, so that you can delete or move.

Yeah I just figured that out it’s different then iphone. I Didn’t realize that they allow you to Quickly move an app.. thank you for the help!
