Contacts not appearing in iCloud.

"All Contacts" on iMac do not appear in iCloud. Why?

OK, so just to make sure, iCloud is signed in on the Mac with the same iCloud ID you are looking at in iCloud.com, and Contacts are turned ON in System Preferences>iCloud>Contacts, correct?

If so, is "All Contacts" under the iCloud heading?

Have they ever sync'd?

Have you tried toggling the Contacts button in System Preferences>iCloud off and then back on again?

You have a note in your profile that says "I recently restored Contacts". Did you?
