what do I do if someone is snooping in to my pr...

1) what do I do if someone is following or snooping in to my privacy. Or someone on my notebook has made or placed an account and fiddling with the information, if it is really true?

2) I want to get rid off that account from my notebook. What should I do?

3) What I experienced was I signed in to Apple ID and the password I entered was read incorrect and I had to reset my password. Is there a time limit for to sign in for the first time, just after I make my Apple ID? And what do I do if it happens again in future?

Please save my privacy.

What I mean to say is, something happening with networking or my MacBook?
