After High Sierra update gpu does not work prop...

I have updated to High Sierra and after that I started to notice fps fall during the use of applications with the demand in high performance gpu. Once I reload mac and launch that kind of applications 'on cold', without anything else launched, fps is ok, as usual before the updating to high sierra. What is the problem?

P.S. - I provided standard entire system diagnostics, when you press D and blalala, it turns out that there is no system components with malfunction.
