Touchbar display dead "panel" or portion

I don't know the exact timing, but I have noticed since the Supplemental update for OS X 10.13 (High Sierra), that there is a portion of the touch bard, about the same size as TouchID button, right next to it (i.e. on the right most portion of the touch bar) that is no longer working from a display perspective. These pixels are dead, but it still responds to touch.

Has anyone else had this happen? I tried to reset NVRAM and SMC and it hasn't changed it.
