Automator "Backup" Script Question

Hi there!

I wanted to know if someone could point me in the right direction for a sort of "backup" script/function on my Mac. What I want to do is have it so that, using a third-party Chrome extension called Downloads Router, I've setup images from specific sites to download to a specific folder.

What I need to do is have it so that those files, when downloaded to that folder, are automatically r-synced (backed up, I guess in other terms) to a folder which lives in my Dropbox.

Is this possible, if so, how?

Basically, the workflow would be this:

I download an image/file from Chrome, it goes to the folder I told it to, then I run something or something automatically happens (immediately, or I can do it manually whenever I want) to copy the file(s) to my Dropbox specific folder as well, but won't try to copy over everything, just the ones that aren't in there.
