Album art issues in iTunes on Windows PC

Many of my album art jpg files are incorrect or missing in iTunes on my PC.  All 7,950 of my songs (mp3 format) are on my iPad Pro 10.5” and my iPhone 7 plus.  The album art is correct on both of them in my music app, thanks to Apple, I guess.  I do not have a paid Apple Music account.  Is there a way to copy all songs from my iPad or iPhone to my Windows PC with the correct ID tags and artwork?  Thank you in advance for your help.
