Can’t paste after copying since upgrade t...

Since I upgraded to iOS 11.3, I’ve been unable to copy and paste links.  I can copy, and I can paste and go.  But if I want, for example, to copy a link, then paste it into a Facebook post, the ”paste” option on its own is no longer available.

It’s not outside the realms of possibility that I’m missing something obvious.  Either way, I’d appreciate advice on how to fix this problem.
