Apple Watch Series 1 Restore to Factory Setting

I just received a shipping notice on my series 3 Apple Watch and I would like to give my series 1 watch to my grand child.  Can anyone tell me how to restore the series 1 watch to factory settings and disassociate myself from the series 1 watch?

The grandchild can then set it up as follows: Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support.
