Apple Watch 3 stopped measuring HR on demand

Hello,

My brand new AW3 gps stopped measuring hr on demand - I can still get background measurements and workout measurements but not on demand.

When I enter the hr app and click for measurement I only get “measuring” message but no result. Green less are not blinking during that “measurement”. 

It was working great for my first 3 days with the watch and suddenly yesterday it stopped.

I have tried:

1. Rebooting (2 methods)

2. Unpairing and setting from backup (2 times)

3. Unpairing and setting as new

Nothing helped.

It seems like a sw bug but I am not sure whether to return the watch or wait for fix, because I cannot find any other reports about similar problem...

Any ideas?
