iam using iphone6 11.2 i was using my apple aco...

iam using iphone6 11.2

i was using my apple acount witout cradit card..

now iam interested to parchase from App store

so i added my debit card info..

i added several time but the only massage i got "payment declined update billing info.."

please help 

It being a debit card might be why you are getting the message, not all seem to still be accepted by iTunes, and they might no longer be accepted at all in some countries. Do you have a credit card that you could try instead ?

For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
