How do I remove/delete iOS Apps from my Mac?

I have a bunch of old Apps I want to remove from my Mac, but can't figure out how to do it.

In iTunes, Apps section, select the My Apps tab. Select any app, right-click on it and select Delete.

I can't find any "my apps" tab. Where the heck is it?
