I can't seems to delete all data associated wit...

My wife has been using the NBC streaming app on her IPad. We changed TV providers (Playstation Vue to DirectTVNow) and when I tried to update the app it would not let me change providers. Message I need to change in single sign on. I did this and nothing happened.  I tried deleting app and reinstalling and it keeps finding an association with playstation vue. I tried this on another Ipad and had no problems so I'm fairly certain there is something going on with Ipad. Are there any tricks to deleting apps and date other than Settings>General>iPhone storage?
