I pad is disabled after install the IOS 11 ,I tried to restore it from iTunes and could not connect ,the value is missing

Are you on a PC?

If so, is your iTunes up to date? iOS11 mandates a minimum of iTunes 12.7

If your iTunless is not 12.7 then update it and try again.

You can also try to use another USB port and restarting your computer

If that doesn’t work, go into the control panel, add/remove programs. Uninstall iTunes, Apple Mobile device service, Apple application support. Then restart your computer and reinstall iTunes then try again.
