Apple MacBook Pro SSD failing

I'm trying to diagnose an issue with my MacBook. I have a 12" MacBook Pro 2013 model with a 256 SSD. About a year ago I spilt a beer through it. I dried it out with a dehumidifier and came back to life! I'm a bit surprised it's working because when I took the back panel off I could see the dried liquid on the components, and even some rust on the main board. 

Lately the computer has had a few issues - stalling and requiring a hard restart, or resetting by itself, or turning on with the symbol of a file and a question mark, having really slow moments. Are these signs of hard drive issues? Disk utility isn't detecting any issues, so I'm a bit confused.
