Can I get a refund from a bill that I didn̵...

First of all a downloaded an app, and it said that I had to choose a membership, but I skipped it. But then a few days later it said that I paid 699kr even though I didn’t chose any membership, but I was forced to by something that I didn’t even chose... I. Need a full refund of this, if not I can’t live with how much money I’ve lost even I didn’t bought it.
