Apple Watch Series 3 WatchOS4 Mickey&Minnie...

Hi,

 

I have bought brand new Watch Series 3. Today I realized that Mickey is announcing wrong clock instead of right one which is seen on the screen. For example Mickey shows 15:30 by his hands but when I touch him to announce it, he says 13:05.

 

But couple of hours later he can tell right clock. I think there is a announcing gap between 12:00-16:00.

Could you control that and verify if this problem exist on OS level or not please?
