I cannot purchase in Melon app (korean store). ...

At first, I can pay for myself but when I've tried for my friend using my phone. I cannot do it. I bought music package in Melon app (korea) yesterday. The extra money is gone from my card around 9 pm and 11 pm. I changed melon id but it didn't work too. Today morning, I asked my friend her apple id. Signed in and tried to pay the music package. And again I cant do it. There is a pop up said " Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed For assistance, contact iTunes support at www.apple.com/supports/itunes/ww/. " everytime that I've tried. What should I do?



I would try the developer of the app or apple Contact Apple Support
