ipad mini 2, after update to ios 11, the camera...

Hi there, i have a ipad mini 2, after update to ios 11, the camera (both front and back had problem), i brought to the service centre, they doubted it is due to hardware problem. Can it be ios problem? if so, how can i downgrade to ios 10? I forgot to back up before update.

Couldn’t tell you if it could be an iOS problem as you didn’t describe what problems you are having.  Even if it is an iOS problem, you can’t go back to an older version as Apple stopped signing 10.3.3 so there is nothing you can do to go back.
