macOS High Sierra compatibility?

Glad to finally see this driver update. My printer has been 'unsupported' for over a year now. If I upgrade to macOS High Sierra (from Sierra), will I lose compatibility again for my Canon MX340?

For the most part if your system ran 10.12 it should run 10.13 with no difference, however for your printer it's Canons product; they can choose to support it or not. What are they saying?
