Getting siri to talk sense !

Has anyone actually managed for series 3 to actually verbally tell the time ?

I get a smart arse "comment" but however I ask the question it will not verbally tell me the time.

To have Siri state the time, include a location in your question (a city or country).

For example: "Hey Siri, what time is it in London / Paris / New York / Tokyo / England etc".
