All Secure Notes in Keychain Access disappeared...
Hours ago, I opened Keychain Access trying to read one of the Secured Notes. I saw a blank page and none of the Secure Notes appeared! I turned to another Mac and another Mac to log in to my account with the same Apple ID, and there was no miracle.
I called Apple Support and spent half an hour over the phone disappointed by the Apple Advisor that he had no idea what was Keychain Access and insisted that I should check System Preferences on iCloud if I had the box next my Notes were checked. He consulted his senior advisor and came back to me with the same answer.
Later on I found that Facebook and WhatsApp were down too. But my Internet access to other sites were fine. I suspect that Internet access is crucial to see my Secure Notes from Keychain Access. Is it true? Can I store my Secure Notes locally on the Mac instead of iCloud?
For Mac computer read this article : Keychain Access: Store confidential information in Secure Notes
I use Secure Notes for quite some time. Your link to the article is for beginners. It doesn't solve my problem.

And as per this article : Keychain Access: Copy keychains to another Mac
Note: Passwords stored in the iCloud keychain are encrypted and stored on your computer and can’t be copied. To transfer these keychain items to another computer, set up iCloud keychain on the other computer using your iCloud user name and password. The other computer will sync with the iCloud keychain items on your Mac.
That's exactly something not happened on the MacMini Server I mentioned.
No problem for an old MacBook Pro and a new iMac 2017. It only happens on a MacMini Server 2012.
Oh no. Just checked again. All Secured Notes disappeared from the iMac too!
I left messages to the Apple support advisor and she didn't reply me anymore!
Open system preferences in Mac mini > click iCloud , if the machine is configured with different Apple ID click on sign out , then sign in with your Apple ID and password in Mac mini to configure secure notes with your previous Mac .
No. It doesn't work.
I upgraded the Mac to High Sierra. It requires me to sign in to iCloud in the initial configuration. Signed out and sign back in again.
No, my Secure Notes just do not re-appear on that Mac.
