Ex is accessing my account(s)!!!

I have tried all the obvious ways to secure my account(s), iCloud & itunes.  I have contacted Apple to have them delete & permanently remove my icloud accounts.  They said that that's not possible?  My ex is accessing my iMessages & account(s) thru an old Apple ID (that I had started after our separation).  The iPad that I use was once our son's that was purchased after the divorce.  our son had taken it to visit his father.  I noticed an icon called Logmein on the iPad once he returned.  I wiped the iPad clean several different times.  My ex denies ever accessing our accounts.  I know this is not true because his work email addresses have shown up on my account, he asks me questions about different things that he would only know if he were to read our texts, etc. etc.  I know at one time he had listed my old Apple ID as his alias on his Apple ID/iCloud account.  I have tried everything & I have literally spent days & nights trying to block this from happening.  Please help.

Go to https://appleid.apple.com and change the password on the account.

Problem solved.

#1 Have you changed the password for the email account linked to the Apple ID and iCloud account too? (stop him getting access to any notification emails about password changes)

#2 Have you changed the the Apple ID password?

#3 Have you changed the the iCloud password?

#4 Have you logged all his iDevices out of that Apple ID:

Obviously non of this would stop him looking at any iDevices your kids have with them when they visit him. Unless they are old enough to not give him access to them.

then scroll down to

Remove a device from the list

and follow instructions.

I Wish.  I have changed passwords, icloud address, security questions....he knows my info, social, DOB, everything.  I just want to remove all of my old iCloud/iTunes accounts & start over.  He was using my first iCloud account as his own recovery & alias.  I can't even sign into it anymore!  It's so frustrating.  I have begged him to stop.  Our son no longer uses the iPad & doesn't take it with him to visit his Father anymore.  This has been going on (off& on) for 6 YEARS!  He's an extremely nosey person & I think he just feels entitled to see what I am doing.  6 YEARS of this is too long!

I logged out of every device.  I think one of his devices is older & does not appear!  I think his new wife is also accessing my accounts.  They are extremely busy, so I don't understand why they would do this.  I am not that exciting.  It just makes me feel violated.  I have considered consulting an attorney.

ALso, on my Live account, when I look at my login history, his work address shows up.  I took a screenshot of it, sent it to him & he still DENIES that it is him!  He spoke with our now, teenage son about this & has convinced him that I must be crazy!  To involve a child is wrong & then to beat it In his head that this means I'm crazy is BEYOND ridiculous!

If you have changed the passwords for the Apple ID, the iCloud account and any emails accounts linked to the accounts, then that should stop him gaining further access.

If they have not got the new passwords, or have no way to recover the passwords then that should be an end to it.

Is there an Apple Store near you? They might be about to checked that you have done all you can.

if you can't get into the account, it is very hard to change something. However if yes, delete everything/ change all passwords. As far as I know you can't delete the account. So your best shot is the genius bar at the nearest Apple store.

OK, thank you!  Sigh. Sounds like that is my last play.  I have called into Apple Support several times.  They can see everything but can do nothing!  I hope the store can help!!  Thank you for your time.

Have you considered creating a new Apple ID with different security questions and using the new ID? You would still need to retain the old ID for logging into iTunes/App Store when checking for updates to your purchases.

not if they have access to an old phone device listed still on the account.  Even with 2 step verification it goes directly to that phone the one HE has!
