Problem Purchasing Dolby Atmos for Headphones in Dolby Access app

This is the first time I buy stuff on Microsoft store and when I try to purchase the full access for Dolby Atmos, Windows prompted me to enter my address but limited the country option. I live in Canada but it is asking for a US address. Did I do something wrong? How can I fix this? Don't want to miss the 20% off period..
