hacked account from India

I have over $10,000 worth of charges that I did not make I did get a message from ITunes telling my information was hacked....from India am I out of the country.  I cant get any help from ITunes, I did notified my VISA FEFUSING the Charges I removed my card from ITunes and its still charging me as of today... *******I PHONE 7

THIS HAS GONE ON FOR 4 MONTHS......
