Did apple stop the 11.0 iOS update?

Did apple stop the 11.0 update? It was available, but now it tells me my iPad is up to date with 10.3.3.

The iOS 11.0.2 update is still available. If you have an iPad 4th, gen, I don't believe it is compatible with the new iOS. See this support document. iOS 11 is compatible with these devices - Apple Support

You will need to delete the old 11.0 update from your device and then check for updates again.  It should tell you that version 11.0.2 is available.

I am still running 10.3.3. If I hit check for updates it says I am up to date. According to the link on the above response I should be able to get it. The update available on my work iPad has also disappeared, so apple must be doing something. My husbands 'update available' disappeared from his phone for a few days and just reappeared yesterday, and he was able to update. I just wish apple would let us know what they are doing with updates.
