An error has occurred forbidden(10403)

When trying to update the latest OS Sierra update 10.12.1 . getting this error

I had this same error. I looked around for a response that would solve it for me but didn't find one. After thinking on it some I decided to check what all was trying to be updated at the same time as the new OSX version. I realized it was trying to update iTunes as well. So I selected the OSX update to install first by itself and that worked. Went back into software update afterwards and was able to then install the rest of the updates including the iTunes (which I assume was giving the 10403 error) with no issues. Hope this helps.
