List view or grid view of apps on Watch?

How do I switch from what I believe is called the "Grid View" of the apps on my Watch to the "List View" (in alphabetical order)?

I have found out how to switch by reading the User Guide for the Apple Watch:  While in either Grid or List view to see your apps on the Watch, tap and hold until the screen changes to show an icon for Grid View or List View, then tap on whichever one you want.  Super easy once you know where to look
