Problems After watchOS4 update

After the update for wOS4 my watch start bugging with several performance and syncing problems.

1. Nike Run delay to start and for several time it is not presenting the proper information as it is on IPhone.

2. The heart rate monitor is not frequently being updated as on wOS3. For Instance sometimes, when I start the app it shows that the heart info were last updated 2 days ago. 

3. It is way more slower than wOS3, with minimal updates. It should not be like that.
