Very Frustrating Partition issue

I was downloading windows 10 via Bootcamp Assistant and when the computer was restarting to boot into windows for the initial setup, it decided to auto-update MacOS instead. Well now Disk Utility says I have 2 64 GB partitions that it fails to restore and bootcamp doesn't let me download windows 10. Does anybody know how to fix this? I need Windows 10.
