iOS 11 on my original iPad Pro Is awful

You have ruined the device that I use on a daily basis more than even my phone. Gestures like pinch to minimize video applications, four fingers swipe up to select or close down apps, and even multitasking are worse. My device that was fluid and easy to use is now a frustration every day. Everything is slower and clunkier with many more steps than the old system.

In addition, making things like Bluetooth and WiFi not actually adjustable on the dock by lying to the user is just nuts. I finally found the hidden screen brightness control today after it’s been destroying battery life. What in god‘s name are you thinking?

I’ve been holding off on getting a new iPhone for a while now in hopes that you’d actually produce a phone that was anywhere near innovative and worth the money, but you’re still using antiquated displays and selling them at a premium price.

I used to tell everyone to get Apple care on their devices, but you’ve turned me away with laptop issues and phone issues in the past few years. Not to mention that you’ve upped the price for the service and ask people to with 5 hours to get a repair done and your laptops are bafflingly overpriced and under spec’d.

I guess, what I’m saying is... it’s been a fun ride, but you’ve lost all innovation, detail for aesthetics, and still expect everyone to pay a premium for substandard hardware and software. Customer service is no longer a priority either. So what does Apple have to offer?

Even trying to type this on my iPad keyboard is laborious.

Everything that used used to be great about Apple seems to be eroding bit by bit. Is there any hope? So far I see none. Everything I sold my entire family and friends on is no more.

iOS 11 has many new features for the iPad and especially the iPad Pro.

It's much easier to use and multitask than ever before.

To really switch Wi-Fi & Bluetooth off, go to Settings > Wi-Fi > and Settings > Bluetooth

As for the phone, the iPhone 8 has

• True Tone display
• Wide color display (P3)
• Dual-domain pixels for wide viewing angles

But hey, buy what pleases you.

Again never have any problem with services even without Apple Care+

iPad 3rd generation iOS 9.3.5 (still useful but hey it more than 5 years old)

iPad Air 2 iOS 11.0.3 (got a new life with the new iOS)

iPad Pro 12.9" iOS 11.0.3 ( I'm loving it )
