In iTunes, why is the app selection not showing...

Running iTunes on a Windows PC.  I am logged into iTunes to download apps such as Netflix, Hulu etc so I can sync with my 1st gen iPad. In following the instructions on various blogs and youtube videos, I am opening iTunes, going to the store and looking for the app selection and I just can't seem to find it.  It only allows me to select music, movies, tv shows, podcasts and audiobooks.  What am I missing?

That is a change made recently as part of iTunes 12.7.  You can no longer see apps in iTunes on a computer.  You can see them directly from your iPad/iPhone.
