why Am I not able to update my apps

It would be helpful if you'd tell us exactly what the error message says.

Also, you can head over to https://appleid.apple.com and verify that your credit card information - including the billing address is entered correctly.

It tells me to view my billing information so I went in to make sure everything was entered correctly. And it’s telling me insufficient funds which my apps are all free
