Fan on Macbook Air MQD42 always run at full speed

Hi, my name is Bagyarta, I am new macbook user after decades have been using Windows Notebook. I bought MacBook Air MQD42 through online shop last September 2017. Unfortunately, I feel disappointed due to fan reason is too noisy. Although I've followed the tutorial explained by the mac support by doing SMC reset, the fan is still noisy and the average speed more than 6400rpm.

 

Does anybody share the same experience how to solve it? Thank you for your kindness.
