iTunes 12.7 column browser issues

I just upgraded to iTunes 12.7 for Windows.  I'm running Win10.  When I scroll down one of the columns, as soon as a move the mouse pointer away from the slider or stop moving the scroll wheel, the highlight bar on the column jumps back up to the first item in the column.  I've tried running as administrator and rebooting the computer.

Yep, others are seeing this issue. Clearly a bug which will hopefully get fixed in the next release.
