How can I add an attachment from Icloud drive i...

I am trying to add an attachment from my icloud drive or from my new "files" folder, in imessage BUT neither of them are showing up in my "APP Drawer"   BUT "DROPBOX" Shows up ***!?  like seriously should I go cancel my icloud storage!  How the **** does dropbox show up but my files or icloud drive isn't a stock option!?
