Cannot move music from CD on iTunes onto iPhone

When I try to move music from an imported CD to my iPhone, I get a pop-up reading "Some of the files were not copied to the iPhone because iCloud Music Library is enabled on this iPhone." If I disable iCloud Music Library on my phone, will I lose all the music on my phone or lose any music I added to my library from Apple Music? I would prefer to avoid that.
