Issues running First aid on hard drive

I tried to install High Sierra and it crashed and would not let me and said I had corruption that needed to be repaired I tried all sorts of approaches to repair the hard disk and eventually contacted Apple support who tried and also didn't succeed. I went into an Apple Centre and had the Technician work through it and finally after many tries and different erase processes was able to reinstall Sierra and it was determined that the issue was cause I had a fusion drive.

When I run first drive now - I still get the following message and am interested to understand what the issue is

any assistance greatly appreciated and does this mean I cannot upgrade to High Sierra - iMac is a late 2013 model
