Viewing other months and locking Apple Watch

Two questions:

1: Is there a way to view more than just the current month for Apple Watch- I have watchOS 4 currently on my Series 2

2: Is there a way to lock your Apple Watch yet? Not power save mode (as this discontinued activity tracking) or water lock mode, just simply lock it. If I cross my arms or accidently bump it and my arm will either change the display, activate Siri, or do some random task as a result.
