How to manage apps on iPad?

The "Apps" tab is gone from iTunes. How do I manage the apps on the iPad?

If you have any ipa files on your computer, they can be dragged to the iPad in the iTunes sidebar. Otherwise, all application management needs to be done on the iPad.
