How do I delete data from Game Center so I can ...

I want to start playing a game from level 1 again on my iPad without the saved Game Center data.  I want to start clean, no statistics, etc. I've tried downloading with a different account, different Game Center ID, but it always opens to where I left off. Seems like there should be a "reset" button somewher! Thanks.
