Not connecting to app store

I have upgraded to iOS 11.0.2 and have not been able to connect to the app store on my iPad Pro since. I am connected to the internet via a very strong wifi and my date/time is correct.  WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR END, BECAUSE TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING THIS ISSUE?
