Reset password and still am told password is in...

I can not even begin to tell you how many times I have had to do this. I will reset it go to log into ITunes and consistently be told password is incorrect. This Macbook Pro has been reset so there is no key chain. I haven't had a chance to log into my iCloud account since the hard drive reformatting. This is absolutely absurd to have to do this so much. I have called support and was able to get the reformatting done. Since then though it is a total nightmare. Any suggestions folks would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
